 ABOUT THE PRESENTERS:   

Seth Barnett is the Diversity Development & Engagement Manager for PPAI. As an advocate for the industry's  marketplace success, Barnett develops new ways for business to meet the growing demand of a diverse workforce and a changing buyer market.

Jessica Hutwelker is a millennial and an 11 year veteran in the Promotional Products industry. This January she transitioned from the distributor side to the supplier side as a Regional Sales Manager for the The Magnet Group. A passionate supporter of millennial engagement and women's empowerment, Jessica has spoken on podcasts, written blogs, delivered education sessions, and led panels on the subjects. She currently serves on the boards for PromoKitchen and PPAI's Government Relations Advisory Council, and has served on multiple PPAI work groups. Jessica was honored in 2015 with PPB Rising Star Award and ASI Counseror Hot 25. Jessica values relationships, helping others achieve their potential, being a collaborator in any group that she is a part of, and elevating the industry as a whole.
