This session is designed for distributors interested in learning how to leverage their website and other digital properties to increase customer engagement.
It will look at the elements of an effective website including overall design and usability, the importance of responsiveness/mobile usability when designing a website, product research and presentation tools, virtual sampling tools, social sharing tools, and the incorporation of video into your website.
We will also explore ways to use blogs, social media and email marketing to build and grow relationships with your customers to keep them coming back for more as well as touch on the basics of search engine optimization (SEO) and ways to use analytics to help refine your digital efforts.
