Base fee:

CPPA Supplier or MLR – $300.00
Includes hotel suite for overnight stay and exhibit space, manager's reception, breakfast, free on-site parking and 24 hour airport shuttle.
Non-member Registration (CPPA Membership Fee is included) – $425.00
Includes hotel suite for overnight stay and exhibit space, manager's reception, breakfast, free on-site parking and 24 hour airport shuttle.

You must have a current CPPA Membership in order to exhibit. Your included dues payment will be valid until 12/31/21

DATES/SCHEDULE:
MONDAY, APRIL 12, 2021
4 PM - Check-in at the hotel front desk to receive your room key
and setup in your own suite at your leisure
5:30 - 7:30 PM - Evening reception featuring complimentary cocktails

TUESDAY, APRIL 13th, 2021
6:30 - 9:30 AM - Breakfast (included in stay)
10 AM - 2 PM - Exhibits Open in each room
2 PM - Tear down and check out
(late checkout has been made available)

Cost

$300 per Exhibitor Suite

Exhibit space will be in the parlor of your individual private King suite
Exhibitors will provide all items needed for their exhibit space including tables, racks, etc.
Each exhibitor will have the opportunity to showcase their items with a
5 minute video before the show starts which will be displayed on our website the day after the show
All required safety precautions will be followed as set by the Maryland Governor including wearing masks, temperature checks and staggered attendance times for Distributors
CPPA Membership must be current to exhibit
At this time, CPPA will not be providing refreshments during the show but will provide a gift card to grab lunch after the show
Free on-site parking and 24 hour airport shuttle
