Jay Donlin is former executive vice president of sales and marketing of Top 40 Distributor, Newton Manufacturing out of Newton, IA. Prior to joining Newton in 2009, Donlin served as senior vp of sales and marketing for Ohio based corporate recognition award provider; Visions/Awardcraft. 

Jay is the immediate past president of the Recognition Council; a strategic industry group of the Incentive Marketing Association and past president of the Promotional Products Association of Chicago. Currently, Mr. Donlin provides business development for RecognitionWorx; A symbolic award company out of St. Paul, MN.
